Why Chad? Here’s the Intel 🇺🇸
The WOD Chad is named in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who took his own life in 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments. Chad involves a whopping 1,000 box step-ups. Yeah, you read that right—a thousand. The workout aims to bring awareness to the mental health struggles that many of our brave service members face. It’s intense, purposeful, and it embodies the spirit of resilience.

We get it, not everyone is ready to tackle a beast like Chad. No worries! We’re also featuring a less intense WOD option, so you can honor our veterans in a way that suits your fitness level. Stay tuned; we’ll drop the details soon.
