Carlota embarked on her CrossFit journey on Thursday, March 9, 2023, and from that day, she hasn’t looked back. Despite the inevitable muscle soreness that followed her first workout, Carlota found herself drawn back to the gym, ready to face new challenges and continue her fitness journey.

On the other hand, the wall-ball quickly became her favorite movement, a comprehensive exercise that works multiple muscle groups at once.
Outside the gym, Carlota is a proud pet parent to her three dogs, Ozzie, Aspen, and Lucy. This trio of huskies is undoubtedly part of the CrossFit Angier community, as our members often share stories of their pets. As a resident of Angier, Carlota embodies the spirit of our local community—resilient, friendly, and always up for a challenge.
