My name is Chandler! I have been married for almost ten years now and have two absolutely wonderful, chaotic children. I was extremely hesitant to start CrossFit and now I honestly cannot get enough! CrossFit has become my “me” time and I absolutely love having something to better myself for myself and my family! CrossFit Angier has become my home away from home and I hope you feel the same way when you come in too!
My name is Thea Lewis. I am originally from AZ but have lived in NC for 20years. I have 12 children and an awesome husband. My goal is to help you love CrossFit as much as I do.
Lifelong athlete and coach of various sports, Jackson has been a part of CrossFit since 2016 when he first discovered the welcoming community of fitness lovers at his local box. Once completing his Level 1 certification, he spent 200 hours in a mentorship under a veteran coach and regional CrossFit athlete before taking on his first class as a coach. Jackson believes that CrossFit offers successes and opportunities for everyone and prides himself on offering avenues for achievement to each member, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
Hi! My name is Jeremy and I became seriously interested in fitness when I started CrossFit at the ripe age of 40. Since then I have completed my CrossFit L1 and become an NCSF certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist. In my "spare" time, when I'm not at the gym, I am a full-time stay-at-home dad to my two kids and a house husband to my wonderful and patient wife. I also have a B.S. in History, an MBA, and I love useless trivia and word games, which might not help me with running fitness classes, but does make me very dangerous to play against at all sorts of trivia games.
I joined CrossFit in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the workouts and community. I grew up playing tennis and also enjoy running, cycling and hiking. I ran my first and last marathon a few years ago and have enjoyed running half marathons every once in a while since then. In my free time I love to be with my husband and two kids or at the gym. I'm exciting to share my love of fitness and continue learning from all of you!
