1. What brought you to CrossFit Angier in the first place? Looking for a new gym that was still close to home.
2. What was your first impression? How has that changed? It was and still is friendly & welcoming.
3. What was your first “bright spot”? Really it’s just coming in every morning and working out with the 5am crew!
4. What are you working on now? Strict pull-ups and everything else
5. What’s your favorite CF Angier memory? Winning 2nd place with Melissa at Spring Splash!
1. What brought you to CrossFit Anger in the first place?
My crossfit gym was closing and I had met Jason one day when he worked out with us and knew his new gym would be a great fit for me!
2. What was your first impression? How has that changed?
My first impression was that Crossfit Anger was a place where all athletes; young, older, experienced and not so experienced were welcome! That impression is still the same but what I have come to find is that at Crossfit Anger they genuinely are there for their athletes and do everything possible to make the gym a great place to be! They welcome suggestions and implement them!
3. What was your first “brightspot”?
Doing all the pull up and all the push up for Murph!
4. What are you working on now?
Being 1% better each day…and pushing myself to just go faster
5. What’s your favorite CF Angier memory?
Watching Kristen pull that clean during Summer Splash!
1. What brought you to CrossFit Angier in the first place? Aestus was closing and our 5am crew jumped ship.
2. What was your first impression? How has that changed? My first impression was that CFA was extremely inclusive and willing to accommodate any athlete. This hasn’t changed at all!
3. What was your first “brightspot”? My first brightspot was and continues to be watching the gym grow, in all aspects.
4. What are you working on now? I’m currently working on muscle ups without chicken wings and handstand walks.
5. What’s your favorite CF Angier memory? My favorite memory was Murph. We trained hard and it paid off!
